  • Dust Dale TC016.PI-UNI's exposed footbed and leather straps with a dry soft brush before using a lightly damp cloth on marked areas.
  • Apply leather conditioner or black polish only to the calf-leather components and remove any residue from the hook-and-loop fastening.
  • Wear the open-backed sandal indoors for short intervals first, checking both strap settings before increasing the duration.
  • After two consecutive days in use, leave Dale open and unworn so the lining and removable footbed can air fully.
  • The sandal is not intended for soaking, downpours or snow; if splashed, dry it at normal room temperature without direct heat.
  • Close both adjustable straps over their fastening pads during storage so they do not collect fibres.
  • Remove the footbed after wear and let it air separately from the sandal.
  • Confirm the fit on a clean indoor surface before outdoor use, paying particular attention to heel security in the backless design.

You may return your order within 30 days of purchase, except for custom-made items. If you choose to cancel, you may do so without providing a reason, but the undamaged items must be returned to our business premises at your expense.

A refund for the price of the returned goods will be issued promptly, excluding any separate delivery charges.
