TDO Therapy Return Policy

At TDO Therapy, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return window, subject to the terms outlined below.

1. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, products must meet the following criteria:

• Condition: Items must be returned in new, unused condition, free from any dirt, damage, or signs of wear. Products that have been worn outdoors, or that display signs of use, are not eligible for return.
• Original Packaging: Returns must include the original shoe box and all original packaging materials. Products returned without their original box or packaging, or in damaged or altered packaging, may not qualify for a full refund or exchange.

2. Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team within 30 days of the purchase date. You will be provided with specific instructions on how to proceed.

• Return Shipping: Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the return is due to a product defect or error on our part.

3. Refunds and Exchanges

• Exchanges: Customers are welcome to exchange items for a different size or style within the 30-day return period. Exchanges will be processed once the returned product is received and verified to meet the eligibility requirements above.
• Refunds: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

4. Exclusions

Items that do not meet the return eligibility criteria outlined in this policy may not qualify for a refund or exchange. TDO Therapy reserves the right to refuse returns that do not comply with these conditions.
