Toe Solutions

Products worn between, around or beside the toes are not interchangeable: a daytime separator, protective sleeve and night splint each have a different construction.

The current Toe Solutions collection contains the adjustable TDO 510 hallux valgus night support splint. It is intended to support the big toe while the foot is at rest and is not a gel sleeve, toe separator or device for walking inside footwear.

More about the current toe support

Designed for night-time or rest

The structured side section and adjustable toe strap make the current product suitable for use while the foot is not bearing weight. Its bulk means it should not be worn inside a shoe.

Adjustment

Set the strap according to the product instructions and avoid forcing the toe. A stronger pull is not automatically more effective and can create pressure on the skin or joint.

Daytime footwear needs

If the main problem occurs inside shoes, focus on usable toe-box width, vertical room and an upper that does not press on the prominent area. Our shoes for bunions address the footwear side of that need.

Questions we are asked

Does this collection currently contain toe separators?

No. The current live product is a hallux valgus night splint. Separators, sleeves or pads can be added when those products become available.

Can I walk in the night splint?

No. It is intended for rest or night-time wear, not for walking or use inside footwear.

Will it straighten the toe permanently?

We do not make that claim. Hallux valgus is a structural condition; discuss progression and treatment options with a podiatrist or foot-and-ankle specialist.

Do not use the splint over broken skin, and stop if it causes pain, numbness or a new pressure mark.
