How to Measure Your Foot

Step 1: Gather Your Materials

• A piece of paper
• A pen or pencil
• A flexible measuring tape

Step 2: Trace Your Foot

• Place the paper on a flat, even surface.
• Stand on the paper with your full weight on one foot.
• Trace the outline of your foot carefully.

Step 3: Measure Your Foot Length

• Measure from the tip of your longest toe to the back of your heel using the measuring tape.

Step 4: Measure Foot Width

• Measure the width of your foot at its widest point.
• Also, measure the circumference around the widest part of your foot.
