Standard sandals can still squeeze a wide foot when the footbed is narrow or the straps run out of adjustment across the forefoot and instep.
Our wide fit sandals use EEE to 6E fittings, fully adjustable touch-fastening straps and removable cushioned footbeds to provide more usable room and a fit that can be reset through the day. The collection includes different toe-box volumes, open- and closed-back designs, and both rocker-style and flatter stable soles, so the right choice depends on the foot shape, level of swelling and intended use.

Start with how the sandal opens. All models use adjustable touch-fastening straps, but the number and position of the straps vary. Then compare depth, back design and sole type. Most models are extra deep; the individual product page identifies the exact fitting and construction.
Adjustable straps for changing foot volume
Touch-fastening straps can be opened widely for entry and reset if the foot changes through the day. They should close securely without being pulled to their limit; if very little fastening remains engaged, a different model or fitting is needed.
Open-back and closed-back sandals
A closed back helps hold the heel more securely, while an open back gives easier access but less enclosure and protection. If you have diabetes, reduced sensation or a wound, ask a podiatrist whether open footwear is appropriate for you.
Rocker and stable sole choices
Selected models use a rocker-style sole to guide the shoe through the step, while others use a flatter stable sole. Neither design is automatically right for every person, so choose according to comfort, balance and any advice you have been given.
Removable footbeds for fitting flexibility
Every sandal in the current collection has a removable footbed. This can create space for a prescribed orthotic, but device fit still depends on its shape, thickness and the remaining depth of the sandal.

Are all these sandals extra deep?
Most are, but not every model has the same depth or toe-box volume. Check the product specification rather than choosing by width label alone.
Can I wear them with swollen feet?
The adjustable straps can accommodate some change in volume, but they should not be forced over significant swelling, a dressing or compression garment. Fit the sandal with whatever is normally worn and seek advice about new or one-sided swelling.
