Compression sleeve

The TDO 725 provides flexible compression around the knee, uses a seamless Lycra-based construction and includes a silicone top band to help it remain in position. It allows the joint to move without rigid side components.

Stabilised support

The TDO 453 combines a flexible sleeve with side stabilisers and a shaped cushion around the kneecap. This changes how the support feels and moves, so it should not be treated as interchangeable with the simpler sleeve.

Sizing and wear

Measure at the points stated on the relevant product page and select the size from that guide. The support should lie flat behind the knee and should not cause numbness, colour change or increasing pain.

Does a support treat the cause of knee pain?

No. A support is a wearable aid and does not diagnose or treat the underlying cause of knee pain.

A newly swollen, locking or giving-way knee, or pain following an injury, should be assessed before a support is selected.
