Charles (TDO 218-M) is a men’s wide-fit orthopaedic and diabetic Oxford shoe built on TDO Therapy’s wide and deep 4E (K) last. Its roomy toe box provides additional width and internal depth for feet that need more space.

The upper combines top-quality soft calf leather, smart foam and a protective seam-free lining. A removable arch-support insole creates space for compatible orthotics, while the ergonomic semi-rigid sole provides a stable base for everyday wear.

  • For Charles 218-M, brush away loose dust before wiping the calf-leather upper with a soft cloth that is only slightly damp.
  • Apply matching polish sparingly to the Tan or Black leather, and buff it with a clean cloth once dry.
  • Ease into longer wear over the first couple of days so the Oxford upper has time to settle around the foot.
  • Let this formal lace-up rest between wears, particularly after a full day indoors, to allow retained moisture to disperse.
  • Keep Charles away from heavy rain and snow; if the leather becomes wet, dry the pair slowly at room temperature.
  • Loosen the laces fully before removal instead of forcing the heel past the collar.
  • Lift out the 6 mm arch-support insoles after warm or extended wear and air them separately overnight.
  • If foot sensation is reduced, inspect the feet after each early wear and stop using the shoes if redness or another visible change appears.

You may return your order within 30 days of purchase, except for custom-made items. If you choose to cancel, you may do so without providing a reason, but the undamaged items must be returned to our business premises at your expense.

A refund for the price of the returned goods will be issued promptly, excluding any separate delivery charges.
