  • Remove loose dust from Lily 803-W with a dry cloth before wiping the Navy or Black leather with a lightly dampened one.
  • When the upper is dry, use a polish matched to the leather colour and buff away any excess.
  • Open the long instep strap fully for fitting rather than pushing the foot through a partly closed opening.
  • Pick lint from the hook-and-loop fastening occasionally and close it gently when the shoes are stored.
  • Air the removable 6 mm footbed outside the shoe overnight after extended wear.
  • Rotate the pair with other footwear when practical to give the full leather lining time to dry.
  • Keep this calf-leather style away from prolonged rain, and never accelerate drying with a radiator or hairdryer.
  • Complete the first fit check indoors on a clean surface before wearing the flat sole outside.

You may return your order within 30 days of purchase, except for custom-made items. If you choose to cancel, you may do so without providing a reason, but the undamaged items must be returned to our business premises at your expense.

A refund for the price of the returned goods will be issued promptly, excluding any separate delivery charges.
